Modern And Elegant New VW Beetle

Volkswagen gave the signal is preparing the second generation VW Beetle. Form of the concept will be on display at the Los Angelos Auto Show in November, as quoted leaked Autocar Worldcarfans site on Saturday (19/3/2010).

As for the engine there will be three units of turbocharged gasoline engine that is ready to be selected with the variation of power among other engine-powered 1.2 liter 103 bhp, 1.4 liter engine with 158 bhp and 2.0-liter engine with 197 bhp power. In addition there are a pair of powerful 103 bhp engine turbodiesels (1.6 liters) and 138 bhp (2.0 liters). All machines will be accompanied by a seven-speed transmission of dual-clutch. Each country will have a different Beetle engine tailored to the category of the continent.


For matters of speed, a car designed by the VW Group Design Chief Walter de'Silva and VW design boss Klaus Bischoff Brand is claimed capable of driving up to the speed of 208 km per hour.
